Governed, audited agent payments on the national rails.
AORBIT™ agents that stage — and, once the regulator permits, execute — payments on mada · SADAD · Sarie. A neutral position no single bank can hold, defensible as a bundle: neutrality, governance and audit, and span across rails and platforms.
// mada · SADAD · Sarie — one governed layer across the Kingdom’s payment rails.
Two tiers. One is available. We’re clear about which.
Assisted Payments.
The agent prepares and stages a payment within consented limits; a human or a pre-authorized rule approves. We govern the action and produce the compliant audit trail. Operates under the existing PIS regime — running now with design partners.
Autonomous Payments.
Agent-initiated authorization within policy — no human in the loop. Regulator-gated (SAMA) — the next step on the same rails once permitted. Not available today, and we won’t present it as if it were.
// Assisted proves the controls. Autonomous inherits them — when the regulator says so, not before.
Consent to settlement, one governed path.
The plumbing under both tiers.
Multi-Rail Abstraction
One integration across mada, SADAD, Sarie, and PIS. Rail-agnostic by design — agents integrate once; the layer speaks to each rail.
Spend-Scoped Authorization
Per-agent payment limits, merchant and category rules, real-time revocation. Consent is scoped and enforced, not implied.
Payment Audit Trail
A tamper-evident record of every agent-assisted and agent-initiated payment — the platform’s audit discipline, applied to money.
Defensible as a bundle. Never one part alone.
Any single piece of this is copyable. A bank can build governed payments — for its own customers, on its own rails. The position holds only as the bundle:
A layer no single bank can hold — every bank is a participant, none is the owner.
Policy at the checkpoint and a tamper-evident record — the controls a regulator expects from anyone touching payments.
Across rails — mada, SADAD, Sarie, PIS — and across the agent platforms enterprises actually run.
Remove any one and the position collapses into something a bank or a platform could replicate. Together, it’s a layer the market needs someone neutral to be.
Built for the Kingdom’s rails, under the Kingdom’s regime.
The national card scheme.
The national bill-payment platform.
The instant payments system.
This stream is designed for Saudi Arabia’s national payment infrastructure and for SAMA’s regulatory regime governing it. Assisted payments operate under the existing PIS framework; autonomous payments wait on SAMA. That ordering isn’t caution for its own sake — it’s how a payments layer earns the standing to be trusted with the next step.
The direction is set: Vision 2030’s Financial Sector Development Program has moved the Kingdom’s payments digital, and agent-initiated commerce is the next step on that curve. We build for that direction — on the rails as they are, under the rules as they stand.
Every module, tagged with an honest status.
Agent Payments — National Rails
// Autonomous Payments stays Gated — regulator-dependent — until SAMA permits. Not a status we can change; not one we’ll spin.
